AI consulting from the owner's seat.
AI consulting here means an operator looks at how your business actually runs and tells you, in plain language, what the smart move is: which parts are worth automating and which are not. No tool list, no jargon, and no recommendation I have not run myself.
What the work looks like
We start with a thirty-minute call. You bring one number you do not trust: what you spent on marketing last month, how many leads came in, what a job is worth. I trace where that number comes from and what it should connect to. If the problem is worth fixing, the diagnosis takes about a week and produces a written plan: what I would build, in what order, and what each piece replaces. The plan is yours to keep whether or not we go further. I would rather be useful to you than not. This is where every engagement starts, whatever gets built afterward. The consulting deliverable is the diagnosis itself: a written plan in plain language. Sometimes the plan says build a dashboard or an automation. Sometimes it says change a form and build nothing, and the engagement ends there.
Why an operator and not an agency
For seven years I owned a med spa in Atlanta. I grew it from one room to three locations doing $3M a year, ran the ads, made payroll, and read the P&L every month, then sold it in March 2026. The advice comes from that seat. When I say a report is worth automating, it is because I spent Sunday nights rebuilding that report by hand.
Examples
A chiropractic clinic
Diagnosis found the intake bottleneck was routing, not volume. The fix was a form change, not a new system.
Advisory turned into a build: campaign wired into the CRM, the system that tracks every lead, four days after approval.
FAQ
What does AI consulting cost?
A flat setup fee and, if you keep me on, a flat monthly, month to month. Never an hourly rate, and never a retainer you grow out of. The number itself comes out of the diagnosis, so it depends on what we find. You will get the straight version either way: if I do not think the work will pay for itself, I will tell you on the first call.
Do you work outside Atlanta?
Yes. Current clients are in Georgia and Florida. Atlanta clients get in-person time; everyone else gets the same work over calls.
What if we already use ChatGPT?
Good. Tools are not the gap. The gap is usually that leads, spend, and revenue live in systems that do not talk to each other, and nobody trusts the numbers. That is an operations problem, and it is fixable.
Start with the thirty minutes.
Bring one number you don't trust: last month's ad spend, leads in, what a job is worth. I'll trace it on the call, and you keep the read whether or not we go further.
