An owner dashboard: what you spent, the leads it brought in, and what they turned into.

I build owner dashboards: one screen that shows what you spent, what leads it produced, and what those leads turned into. The numbers come straight from your existing systems, so nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet on Sunday night.

How it starts

Every engagement starts the same way. A thirty-minute call, free: bring one number you do not trust and we trace it. If the problem is worth fixing, a paid diagnosis follows: about a week, ending in a written plan of what I would build, in what order, and what each piece replaces. The plan is yours to keep either way. First builds usually ship in two to four weeks at a fixed scope and a fixed price, never an hourly rate.

What gets built

Lead tracking that records where every inquiry came from and what happened to it. Revenue attribution that connects marketing spend to jobs won, using the systems you already run. A dashboard the owner actually opens, because every number on it can be traced to its source. If a number cannot be traced, it does not go on the screen.

Why this and not a reporting tool

Off-the-shelf dashboards show you what a platform wants to report about itself. Ad managers grade their own homework. The thing an owner needs is the join: this dollar out, this lead in, this job closed. That join is specific to how your business runs, which is why it gets built, not installed. I built my first version of this for my own business: a three-location med spa I grew to $3M a year and sold in March 2026. The Sunday-night spreadsheet this replaces was mine.

Examples

  • JP Concrete Creations

On a site rebuilt 68% faster: every quote request tracked back to the page that produced it, job photos attached.

  • Free Smoke

Whether each of ten stores shows up on Google Maps, checked from 25 spots around it, every month.

  • Chin Up Aesthetics

Built for my own med spa first: each provider opens their own revenue view, and a monthly marketing dashboard shows the owner the whole.

FAQ

What systems can you pull from?

Whatever you already run: your point of sale, your CRM (the system that tracks every lead), your ad accounts, your booking software's reporting exports, spreadsheets. The dashboard reads from them; it does not replace them.

Do I own the dashboard?

Yes. The code, the automations and the documentation are yours, in your name or handed over whenever you ask. Anything I host for you can move onto your own accounts.

How long does a first dashboard take?

The diagnosis takes about a week. First builds usually ship in two to four weeks. You will see something running before you have paid for all of it.

Will this show or store patient data?

No. The dashboard reads aggregate numbers, leads, spend, and outcomes, from systems you already run. It is not a patient record system and does not store protected health information.

Start with the thirty minutes.

Bring the report you rebuild by hand: the one you dread on Sunday night. I'll trace where the numbers actually come from on the call, and you keep the read whether or not we go further.
