Challenge

Ten stores meant ten map listings, ten sets of hours and ten phone numbers, all maintained in different places. A correction made in one system would quietly revert when another one synced over it. Nobody could answer the simplest question, which is whether a given store is showing up when someone nearby searches for it.

Solution

Built out the store pages that were missing and brought all ten onto one template, so every location has something of its own to rank.
Traced every phone number and address back to the system that actually feeds the others, and fixed it there, so corrections stop reverting.
Set up a monthly 25-point grid around each store, which turns map visibility into a number that can be compared month to month.
Report the same measurements the same way every month, so a change means something.
