What this actually looks like

You're spending the money. You just can't see what it's doing.

A quote request that never reached you, so the customer thinks you ignored them. An ad bill with nothing you can point to for it. The business runs on what you remember, which means it grows exactly as fast as you can hold it in your head. None of that is a tooling problem. It is an operations problem that tooling can fix.

Sam Aziz

Growth Compound is me. I run it out of Atlanta.

For seven years I built Chin Up Aesthetics from one room into three locations doing $3M a year. I ran the ads, hired and fired, made payroll, and read the P&L every month. We sold the business in March 2026.

For most of it I was holding the operation together by hand. Leads came in and sat. Reports got rebuilt in spreadsheets on Sunday nights. Four systems that never spoke to each other, and me standing in the middle of all of them.

So I started building. Every system I run started as a job I was doing by hand until I built the thing that does it instead. That is the whole method. It is what I advise from, and it is what I build.

Growth Compound is that work, done for other owners. I take a small number of clients, and every engagement starts with a conversation rather than a quote.

How this works

From the first call to live.

Step 01

A call

Thirty minutes, free. Bring how the business actually runs, not a brief. You leave with a read on where the money is leaking whether or not we work together.

Step 02

The diagnosis

About a week, and it is paid work. I map where leads enter, where they stall, and what still touches you every day. The scope and the price come out of this, so there is no package menu to pick from.

Step 03

The build

First builds usually ship in two to four weeks. A fixed scope and a fixed price, never an hourly rate. You will see something running before you have paid for all of it.

Step 04

After that

Optional, and month to month. Most clients keep me on monthly to run what is live and build the next piece. Either way the code, the automations and the documentation are yours.

The line does not end. Each piece makes the next one worth more, which is the whole idea behind the name.

I advise from the owner's seat. Then I build the fix.

I ran the business

Seven years as the owner making payroll before I ever advised anyone else on it. I know what a Sunday night rebuilding a report in a spreadsheet costs you, because I spent a lot of them.

I use these systems myself

The core of this started as things I built for my own business at eleven at night. They work because I depended on them before anyone paid me for them.

The scope comes from the diagnosis

No package menu, no retainer you grow out of. A fixed scope and a fixed price. If I don't think the work will pay for itself, I will tell you on the first call.

You own all of it

The code, the automations, the dashboards and the written instructions are all yours, in your name or handed over whenever you ask. If we ever stop working together, nothing about your business is stuck on my side of the table. Anything I host for you can move onto your own accounts.

Before you book

Questions people ask first.

What does an engagement cost?

A flat setup fee and, if you keep me on, a flat monthly, month to month. Never an hourly rate, and never a retainer you grow out of. The number itself comes out of the diagnosis, so it depends on what we find. You will get the straight version either way: if I do not think the work will pay for itself, I will tell you on the first call.

Do I own what you build?

Yes, and you're never locked out. The website, the logins, the code and the written instructions are all yours, in your name or handed over whenever you ask. If we ever stop working together, nothing about your business is stuck on my side of the table. Anything I host for you can move onto your own accounts.

Do you only work with med spas?

No. The operator background is aesthetics, but current clients include decorative concrete, multi-location retail, chiropractic and hormone clinics. The diagnosis is where the industry knowledge shows up, not the product.

How long before anything works?

The diagnosis takes about a week. First builds usually ship in two to four weeks. You will see something running before you have paid for all of it.

What if I already have an agency?

Most clients do, and you don't have to fire anyone. I build the tracking on your side of the fence, reading from your own systems, so you can see for yourself what their work produces instead of taking their report on faith. If their numbers hold up, keep them. If they don't, you'll know before they do.

Who actually does the work?

I do. There is no account manager and no handoff. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who diagnoses the problem and builds the fix.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to use this?

Yes. You don't touch code or configuration. You get a login and a screen built to show what you need to see, and everything that keeps it running happens in the background.

Let's look at your operation.
